Terms of Service
The agreement between you and GuideSpace when you enroll in or use our courses—written plainly, so you know what to expect.
These terms are an agreement between you and GuideSpace LLC (“GuideSpace,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using a GuideSpace course, you agree to them. Please read the parts about what GuideSpace is not and about acceptance—they matter most.
01
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, enrolling, or using any part of guidespace.ai, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you’re enrolling someone else—as a parent, guardian, or referring organization—you agree on their behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.
02
What GuideSpace is—and isn’t
GuideSpace is a psychoeducational program. It teaches evidence-based anger-management skills. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice, and completing a course does not create a therapist–client relationship. GuideSpace is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, see our Crisis Resources or call or text 988.
03
Eligibility & enrollment
Adult courses are for ages 18 and up. Our teen track is for ages 12–17 and must be enrolled by a parent, guardian, school, or court. You agree to give accurate enrollment information and to keep it current.
04
Acceptance is not guaranteed
Whether a GuideSpace certificate is accepted is always at the discretion of the court, probation or parole officer, agency, school, employer, or other party requiring it. We strongly recommend you confirm acceptance—including the required course length—with that party before you enroll or pay.
05
Your account & honest completion
You’re responsible for your account and for the activity under it. Course progress, time logged, and exam results must reflect your own genuine work. Sharing credentials, having someone else complete the course, or falsifying activity may void your certificate and result in removal without a refund.
06
Payment
Course fees are shown at enrollment and charged through our payment processor. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in full before a course begins. Prices may change, but a change won’t affect a course you’ve already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
07
Certificates & verification
When you complete a course and pass any required exam, we issue a certificate with a unique ID. Courts, agencies, schools, and employers can confirm it on our verification page. We may correct or reissue a certificate if we find an error, and may revoke one obtained through falsified activity.
08
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, resell, or redistribute course materials.
- Share your account or complete a course on someone else’s behalf.
- Interfere with the platform’s security or normal operation.
- Use GuideSpace for any unlawful purpose.
09
Intellectual property
All course content, text, video, graphics, and the GuideSpace name and marks belong to GuideSpace LLC and are protected by law. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own course—nothing more.
10
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
GuideSpace is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for a third party’s decision not to accept a certificate.
11
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify enrolled clients by email. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these terms. These terms are governed by Colorado law.
