05Shame, Shadow & Hidden Drivers of Anger
What you will work on
Understand the relationship between shame and anger, recognize the shame–anger cycle, identify shadow material, and apply the 3-2-1 process.
07Empathy, Letting Go of Judgment & Acceptance
What you will work on
Recognize judgmental reactions, distinguish acceptance from approval, practice self-compassion, and use empathic understanding.
10Mindfulness in Daily Practice
What you will work on
Build a sustainable daily practice, create the pause between trigger and response, and express anger without acting destructively.

Pick the duration your situation calls for.
If someone specified hours or weeks, choose that. The curriculum scales to fit—shorter courses cover the core, longer ones go deeper.
1–4 hours
A short, focused requirement—core skills and one or two modules.
6–12 hours
Most common. The fundamentals plus several modules and practice.
16–52 hours
Longer requirements—the full curriculum, at depth.
4–8 weeks
One guided module a week. A gentle, steady start.
12–26 weeks
