Privacy Policy

How GuideSpace collects, uses, and protects your information—written in plain language, without the legalese where we can help it.

Last updated: June 1, 2026Effective for GuideSpace.ai and all course pages

GuideSpace LLC (“GuideSpace,” “we,” or “us”) provides online, psychoeducational anger-management courses. We take your privacy seriously—especially because the people who use GuideSpace are often referred by a court, school, employer, or family member. This policy explains what we collect and the choices you have.

01

Who we are

GuideSpace is operated by GuideSpace LLC, a service of Denver Therapy Online, with its lead clinician licensed in Colorado and South Carolina. You can reach us any time at clientcare@guidespace.ai or 720-880-9043.

02

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to enroll you, run your course, and issue a valid certificate:

  • Account & enrollment details—your name, email, phone, and (where required) date of birth.
  • Referral information—the case, order, or reference number and who referred you, if a court, agency, school, or employer is involved.
  • Course activity—lessons viewed, time logged, quiz and exam results, and completion status.
  • Payment information—processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data—basic device and browser information collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

03

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create your account and deliver the course you enrolled in.
  • Track progress and issue a verifiable certificate of completion.
  • Confirm completion to a referring court, agency, school, or employer when you have authorized us to do so or it is required by the referral.
  • Respond to your questions and provide client support.
  • Process payments and keep required business records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your course activity to advertise to you.

04

How we share information

We share information only in these limited cases:

  • With your referring party—completion status and certificate details, where authorized or required by your referral.
  • With service providers—trusted vendors who host the platform, process payments, or send email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons—when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of a person.

05

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some course features may not work as well without them.

06

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you promptly if a breach ever affects you.

07

How long we keep data

We keep course and certificate records for as long as needed to verify completion to courts and agencies—often several years—and to meet our legal and tax obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

08

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Request deletion, subject to records we must legally retain.
  • Opt out of non-essential email at any time.

To make a request, email clientcare@guidespace.ai—we’ll respond, usually within 30 days.

09

Children & teens

Our teen track is built for ages 12–17 and is enrolled by a parent, guardian, school, or court. We collect only what is needed to deliver the course and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 12. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete a minor’s information.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll let enrolled clients know by email.
